Sat down to work on the first daemonette tonight. Just keeping the momentum going...
Just a little drybrushing on the base and possibly a little tweaking of the colours when the group is all done.
A miniature painted from start to finish in an evening. One of those nice hobby things.
Very nice work Jakob! Love the ghostrider look (and that's coming from someone who normally HATES sculpted flames and effects....)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work. She really has a sort of deadly elegance about her.
ReplyDeleteShe looks really awesome! Great work :)
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, very atmospheric!
ReplyDeleteI admire your ability to take a seemingly eclectic choice of parts and turning it into a very cohesive whole. Also, the metallic flames are quite brilliant!
ReplyDeleteFast and furious :) An excellent colour palette - love the white puffs and cloth.
ReplyDeletelove the skin tone and flaming skullhead.
ReplyDeletegorgeous scenery too.
I like that the flaming skull works so well with the pose of the figure. Looking forward to seeing the whole group completed.
ReplyDeleteThanks All. Your enthusiasm means a lot.
ReplyDeleteI will try and keep the momentum going finishing the conversions over the next evenings and picking up painting of the rest of the group beginning of next week. Cheers!
Beautiful work. The photo really captures a still moment.
